Hacking gamecube backups on mini dvd-r on a wii?

i have searched (here and google) and can't find a strait answer so i'll ask here.
can you use mini dvd-r for backups of gc games on the wii?
i know you can use normal sized ones but i have some mini dvd-r (ritek G04's) i have no better use for and want to know if it will work.
i'll have my mod chip in a week(D2Sun v3) and wanted to make sure it will work before i waist my mini dvd-r's.

yea, I used some of my dad's Sony mini DVD's (he got a ton for his camcorder)

works perfectly... plus the small size makes it cooler because your pirating on the same media as the originals, lol

all right then now just gotta find disk 2 of TOS alll i have of my originals is disk one lol!

I put both ToS disc's on one regular sized DVD with another game... can't remember without looking at it... just made more sense to have both disc's on one... so I'd never lose one or the other, haha... i'll just lose both at the same time, lol

I thought multi disc games dont work on multigame iso's
