Is there any possible way to run Gamecube saves on the Wii, using the SD card slot? Methods such as IOS's or anything?

    No.

If something wasn't on the GameCube (i.e.- USB ports), it won't be available for use in GameCube mode.

    Sure, use one of these:

If you meant the Wii's built in SD card slot, the answer is no. Nobody has modified the MIOS to support Wii-exclusive features (WiFi, USB, SD, Bluetooth), so you'd need to code the extra hardware in yourself at this point it time.

Those SD adapters do not work as a normal memory card for any game!!!

It's a common mistake, but they only work with 1 or 2 obscure japanese games that are designed to work with the adapter.

The only effective use is for such products is gamecube/wii homebrew.
