Hacking Gamecube backup launcher 0.2 problem

Whenever I tried using this backup(Tales of symphonia for your reference) on the menu, the screen turns black and while and starts scrolling. After that, i'd get an error "Failed to read DVD 36 or something like that". But the weird thing is, this backup worked just fine before with colored screens and everything. Is this happening because of some type of update i've done to my wii or something?(And no, I didn't use nintendo's updates) Also, if you're wondering, it's two of the game's discs on one. So maybe a multiboot iso can be the problem?
