I would really like to get some sort of Gameboy Advance Flash Cart that has SD card support. Which is best and where can I acquire one?

The best (and really only) option still available is the EZ-Flash IV. It uses miniSD, and you're much better off using Amazon or something similar to get a real miniSD card, as there have been many reports of people using microSD-to-miniSD adapters and having problems.
