Damn catv with uploads that slow?

My isp decided years ago to go ahead and upgrade the lines to fiber, I also live near a highschool so that's another reason I got it early

And it's not that expensive, though I bundle a landline with my internet (yes I still use those)

1Gbit download/1Gbit upload

Average download speed, ranges from 15 to 50 megabytes a second

Usually the host bottlenecks the connection


I can download a 10 gigabyte 360 iso, in under 15 min or so

It's great when I can record a 400mb 1080p 60fps video on my phone and upload to youtube,with no compression or conversion, in 2 minutes
