ROM Hack Game Updates from 9.4.x 2DS to 9.2.x 3DS?

Can i copy game update content of a game (for example, Pokemon X) from a 2DS system to another 3DS system?

The 2DS is FW 9.4.x and i updated pokémon x, now i like to see if i can just copy what i think is the update from the 2DS sd to the sd of my 3DS with fw 9.2.x or does it store the update on more then just the SD ?

You can copy the game update from your 9.4 3DS to your 9.2 3DS, but it won't work on it.

You can't. A ticket is installed to the 3DS and the update data itself is encrypted with the 2/3DS key IIRC.
