Yes, so I managed to pick up my Xbox 360 Elite at around 9:15pm CST three days ago(Oddly enough, they just got the stock 10 minutes before).
So, while I'm playing ToB, I would like to know your opinion on what game to get next.
The three out of my choices are:
Assassin's Creed(I absolutely loved the DS version. Climbing shit was awesome and fun. Didn't mind the repetitiveness.)

Bioshock(I have it on my computer, but never got around to beating it. Also, it runs pretty slow. Oddly enough, Crysis runs fine o.O. I also really like this as well. Plasmids = awesome.)

Halo 2 & Halo 3(I got up to Gravemind on Halo 2, but a couple stages later, my computer kept BSOD'ing after only being in the specific stage which name I forgot for a couple minutes. Ahh well, that's what you get for using an XP patch on a stolen game. Also, Halo 3 would be for the story and online. I want to beat the trilogy.)

I'll be getting all three eventually, but I would like to know what order to buy them in.

See that hole in your wall?
Ditch Bioshock and get Mass Effect (first).
    Bioshock is terribly overrated imo.
So is Halo, but it's fun at least when you play with people you know.

I also recommend Rock Band and Crackdown.
And don't forget GTA IV will be out next month.

I'll get Mass Effect later. I also love Bioshock.
    Halo is also amazing fun.

I hate GTA with a passion. Almost as much as the PS3. I don't need Rock Band, have GHIII and no need for Crackdown.

Bioshock is an excellent game, but like phoenix wright, its very low replay value relegates it to "wait till you can get it used"-grade.
Halo is halo. You like or you hate, halo 3 REALLY is halo 2.5 though. I like halo.
Assassin's creed would be a good first game but if you don't like free roaming, you will hate it.

If you plan on getting live, I'd say definitely go with Halo first.
Bioshock second. My copy got scratched INSIDE my 360! (don't ever, EVER, move the system when it's on. Trust me). So I exchanged it for Halo.
Assassin's creed third. Didn't like it much, traded it in.

I hated Bioshock, dunno why people love it so much.

Get Halo. The coop is great. You can play thru the entire game with 4 people.

Just the people who enjoy thought over flashing lights and bright colors.

(Comparing Bioshock to Halo, if you didn't catch that.)

    Bioshock's EXTREMELY OVERRATED.
It's not that good and I didn't see the awesome hype behind it all.
Sure, hacking turrets is kinda fun. Sure, using plasmids is fun, just a different name for something you've probably done in other games.

The game's good, I'll give you that, what sucks a bit though is the gun sounds and effects (The Machinegun's animation sucks hard).

    Assassin's Creed. It's game of hate-it-or-love-it.
As you progress, it gets extremely repetitive, but I did find the story to be pretty goddamn awesome ( A few cliché's here and there ).
Horseback? Yes, repetitive. Sword Fights? Yes, repetitive. Sword/Knife (Exchange between the two performing unlimited combo-kills)? Not repetitive. Stylish Stealth Killing? Amazing.

Halo, just played 1, pretty good, never tried 2 or 3, but they should be good as well.

I would get Halo 3, Mass Effect, and then Bioshock. I personally hated Assassin's Creed

I really don't think you should get Assassin's Creed. I got the game at launch, and tried really hard to like it, but in the end, it got too repetitive and dull. There's a reason why Ms. Jade Raymond disappeared from the face of the earth just when the game got released. Anyways, I recommend getting Lost Odyssey instead (if you're into RPGs).

EDIT: Oh, silly me. How did I forget to suggest Call of Duty 4?
