is there like a big vault of game saves some were on the net?

i want to find a megaman battle network 5 one with completed liabary

Only one I can think of is game faqs.
Just go to your game, at the top, click on the tab that says "Game Saves" (or something like that).
There should be some saves there.
Use shunyweb.info to change it so your R4 can use it.

I don't know if there's a savegame for the game you're looking for though.
