About the closest you'll get is walkthroughs on GameFAQ's and similar sites. In some of them the first few sections are a re-production of stuff in the manuals, such as controls, introduction, etc.

Just find your game there and check if there's a "Download Manual" link under the More Game Content area to the left of the page...
