ok so ive donwloaded off gba temp the gc backup lancher now that i have the firl there a bunch of files in it which file do i put in my apps folder and non of the files have a boot.dol none of them

so please help thanks

Which file did you grab? The [5133]gcbackup0.2.tgz? If so, after extracting the files, there is another file within it called gcbackup0.2.tgz that you need to extract to get the two folders (miospatcher & rungcbackup) which need to be copied to your apps folder. There's an additional readme.txt explaining everything about installing and using it.

As per the readme.txt in the main archive "CHECK THE TGZ FILE IN THE DIRECTORY, WHERE YOU FOUND THIS FILE.".
