Hi there!
Today on Aliexpress I came across this Sega Flash Cart and it has a pretty good way of mounting the the Button Battery I would like to ask if ¿anyone tried putting one of these on a Snes or Game Boy Cart?

You want to retrofit a coin cell holder into a game cart?

It has been done. Typically the space available is quite restricted so people may go for a smaller battery but it has certainly been done. Troubles will tend to come in finding or making a holder with suitable tags -- if having them welded onto the battery was enough of a pain then this can be worse. I imagine this will change in the coming years as I can see it being doable on upcoming cutters more easily but that is not quite this very moment.

Depending upon the nature of the battery you might also be able to retrofit it with FeRAM instead of SRAM as the former does not require a battery as is functionally similar to more conventional SRAM -- the GBA marked something of a period of changeover.

the usual problem with them is tickness and space...
plenty of cases the battery is above a chip (to save space) so putting a battery holder on top of it is a very challenge task

The thing about changing the battery size is that for example I put a CR2032 in some of my games and I can't use them with my back-lit Game Boy pocket 'cause it maker the light flicker....

Thank you for you response this is a subject that interest me a lot cause a lot of my friends are not techies so installing something like this into their carts may be a good solution

The Gameboy carts have less space, but you could put one of these pretty easily in a SNES cart. In Gamecubes, I also change the soldered in battery and put in a holder like that because those batteries are now ~18 years old and it makes changing them in the future easy.

I have already done what you want. I de-soldered coin battery holders from old pc mother boards and soldered them into the battery space on the cart. I have even done n64 controller pack batteries. That one required some filing to get it to fit but it works well.

Why does my original NES Zelda from 1987 battery still work without ever having changed it?
because SRAM used in game cartrides usually takes very little power to maintain it's contents. The only game-card batteries that ever ran dry for me were games with a real time clock (Boktai, Boktai 2, Pokemon Gold, Pokemon Crystal) because that requires considerably more power to keep running.
