So, the problem seems to be with two game's save files. JUS originally, and after I made the post found Puzzle Quest to have the issue. I narrowed it to the save files in that both games are missing their save files, and I can't write any to the card for those two games. All other games have their saves, and allow me to write new ones.
I was using 4.6D loader when the problem started, and have since upgraded to 4.7a to see if it would help. I've also repatched the rom multiple ways, and rewrote the .0 save file, just whatever I could think of. I've had no problems with my G6's save files since I got it in december.
To my knowledge, and to my grandmother's knowledge, this is unprovoked, however she doesn't fully understand the DS/G6, only how to click her game, so I can't be 100% on that.
Is this a known issue, or is there any solution? Did I screw something up and just don't know it? Anything?
