Hardware G6 Saving problem

Hi I have a G6 Lite for a couple of months now. It worked fine the first few months when suddenly i couldn't save anymore. The saved files would always end up at a certain saved point. I checked the faq guides and they told me to recharge my card, i did for a 3 hours and it still doesn't work. If anyone could help, i'd GREATLY appreciate it!
