Um, I just saw that I can have more breightness setings on my ds phat by flashing it, but can someone tell me if I can do it using my g6 real????????

It is possible, you can use a particular version of FlashMe - HOWEVER, it gets to a point where it makes no difference as the DS Phat doesn't go as bright as the Lite.
I don't think the G6 will help and I wouldn't recommend flashing just for this feature!
I just flashed it, but it turns out that I need to have firmware v5 on my nds for it to get the brightness setings.
O well, at least now I wont need a bootup for a slot 2 device.
