You want to bring them back to just to eat them? Just leave them as history. We shouldn't play god.

The title is wrong. It's not "flowing blood", because the mammoth is dead. This isn't a cartoon where you defrost something and it's still alive after thousands of years.

I know this will be met with much opposition, but I think it would be pretty damn cool to see a mammoth walking around, we have the technology so why the hell not?

Put enough ketchup on it, you won't even be able to tell the difference.

    Wow.
    That's pretty awesome.

Nice to see something preserved so well after 10000 years.

The one way to guarantee the survival of a given species in this human-infested world is to either make it a pet or raise it as food. (cats and cows aren't going anywhere right?)

You can keep a mammoth in your backyard, I'll eat mine. :P

Would be awesome to see a Mammoth in person the first time. After that I wouldn't really care.

Should we do it? I see no problem with it personally but can understand why some might object to it. In my eyes it's just another advancement in scientific knowledge and understanding of the world we live in, no more "playing God" than putting somebody on life support or curing a disease.

When these things get cloned I want a jacket made out of one... I have this theory you could like style the hair and stuff and make your jacket cool and different all the time.
