Looks like a Monster Hunter Clone....apparently it's not though thanks to turn based combat and a focus on RPG rather than adventure, plus strong multiplayer features.

Tri-Ace made Valkyrie profile series. Those games have beautiful arts and memorable stories. I bet this game will be another gem and hope it will be translated soon.
