Misc From a CFW enabled 3DS to a stock Switch will I get banned?

So my brother bought us a Switch for Christmas and I wanted to login to my NNID on our Switch, but since this account is on a 3DS with CFW (thattwas never banned btw); I wanted to know if it's safe to login to the Switch with the same account as the 3DS?

Anecdotal, but I've done that with no problems.

I CFW'd my 3DS and had my account on it for 2 years before the Switch came out, and have been using the same account on Switch to play Splatoon 2. I've kept the Switch stock, but the 3DS is still hacked. I don't play online on 3DS, but I do connect to the internet to download updates and browse the internet. So far, so good.

I dont know if this is much help but, I just got my NNID ban on my hacked WiiU last month, I use the same linked account and info for my hacked 3ds and my 3ds has no problems. I do play online with both systems also, even tho the account is the same, i dont think they are "linked" together like one gets ban so does the other. I'm not a professional at this,im just speaking of my experience only.
