Hacking Frogminer: Steel Diver crashing, restart the console

I'm modding an Old 3DSXL for a friend, he had updated its console to the last available update in Europe, it's on 11.9.0-24 E. So I decided to follow a guide from 3DSHacks Guide (I dunno why there's no English version but whatever), everything went nice and smooth until section IV where I had to startup Steel Diver to open the Homebrew Channel. When I do that, it boots up with the 3DS logo, than it goes black, after some second it gets back to the home menu saying that an error has occurred and that I had to restart the console. I've did every single passage, and followed others, but it keeps giving me this error.

Wait at the main menu for a minute or two before launching Steel Diver.
It’s either that or you may be missing the payload.bin
