Hacking Friend from Japan manged to find me an NDSL

That's just the case on its own, it's made our of rubber/plastic and it's flexible so of course it won't break.

Looked like hard plastic to me, hence my comment. I can't read Japanese.

Very nice. I thought the enamel navy was the best thing ever until i saw the silver one. I am deciding whether to get a white, or silver of play-asia, but i'm glad you like your soon to be emanel DS.

Hori also makes these really nice sticker things that go over the top of the ds, over the battery cover and opposite on the other side. I'd so glad I got them for my Black one. They are designed to stop finger prints. Might want to ask your buddy to send a set as well when she sends your ds.

I opted for the bestskinsever which over the hori because the bestskinsever is a complete full body skin that even wraps around the edges as opposed to the Hori which is only the top and insides. I have used bestskisnever on phones in the past and they have worked great.

I did get the clear ndsl hori case and my buddy got the smoked one and they look great. The one problem my bud reported is that a strip of the plastic above the L and R buttons may be bothersome but not so much that it will greatly affect gameplay.

Ouch You could buy a new one and have it shipped for under 200. Where was the NDSL manufactured?

the ds plays us games, and has a us charger in japan. Its exactly the same as the ds you'd buy there.
