What better way to announce the latest Mortal Kombat X guest character, Jason Vorhees, than to do it on the day the iconic movies are named after. Jason is the latest character to join the roster in next month's Mortal Kombat X.

I hope he's better than Freddy in the last MK, he was horrible Jesus Christ. Even just flavor wise he had no voice acting and very little that was symbolic to him. It didn't feel like an "homage" rather than a "shoe-in".

I really hope they don't bring in MIchael Myers, because they'd probably instead use that Rob Zombie abomination, who doesn't even deserve to be called an impostor, just garbage.

Oh, isn't there some unofficial game on the computer with all sorts of guys like Jason and Freddy and even older classics like Dracula and stuff? I can't remember the name but I saw some video of people playing it and it looked awesome.

Oh yeah I am aware it was the 2010 Remake Freddy, which is BS.
Robert Englund will be the one and only Freddy Krueger out there, no matter what.
As for Jason, it is really hard to tell.

Several actors have reprised him through the years, and he has undergone a lot of aesthetical changes too.
It won't hurt that much if they use the reimagined version of him though.
