Hacking Frequency Of PS4 System Firmware Updates?

Hi guys. I have a PS4 Pro on System Firmware 7.00 and I also use PS4 Save Wizard. About how often does Sony release System Firmware updates? I am wondering because I pre-ordered Cold Steel 3 digital version, but it unlocks in 11 days and am hoping that Sony doesn’t release another System Update by then. Thoughts appreciated :)

I advise turning on automatic updates in rest mode, the updates are over 400MB. It'll fetch it and when you go to play online it will remind you to run the update.
