When i cold-boot my Wii and start USB-Loader, the first game loads within 2-5 sec (splash screen or whatever). But when i quit the game and load another game, it takes everything from 60sec to an eternity to load (black screen).

I have figured out that everytime i restart the Wii (cold-boot) it normally load the game within seconds. But do i really need to cold-boot the Wii everytime i want to start a new game?

Priiloader 0.7
Some settings enabled as RegionFree everything etc.

d2x V10 R52 (beta), installed in 249 base 56 and 250 base 57

USB Loader GX r1262
Default settings and also tried to change some settings.

As for storage i have a SanDisk USB 3.0 Ultra Fit 64GB. Formatted with FAT32 (allocation size 32k) using GUIFormat.

Ok, now i have tried to format the USB-memory as exFAT. The games didn't even show up in USB Loader. Tried with FAT32 with allocation size 4KB, still the same problem with every second game.

Was wondering if there was any problem with the loader, so I tried with CFG Loader r78.11....guess what...exactly the same problem, every second game doesn't load.

This drives me nuts. I have seen other people have the same issue, but i can't figure out what causing it.
I'm out of ideas. Can someone please confirm if the sysCheck looks ok?

You should use FAT32 with 32 or 64kb cluster size.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but it could be your drive going to sleep. That would explain why the first game loads fine, as the drive hasn't had a chance to go to sleep yet.
If you launch one game and then immediately launch another, does it still take a long time?
Anyway, if sleep mode is the problem, there might be a tool you can use to disable it, but they're manufacturer specific depending on the HDD brand.

1) Do you mean change IOS in USB Loader GX? I have tried 250 now (default is 249) and that didn't make any difference.
Should i install d2x V10 on another IOS, e.g 236 and try that IOS in USB Loader?
In that case, what base and rev?

2) It's a UBS-memory (flashdrive) and it's brand new, no problem with that.

One thing that i'm missing is a complete instruction for UBS Loader GX. There's no information about what all settings does (i have searched). Some of them you could figure out by it's name, but some is more cryptic.

v10 are not that good, as they were beta, use v8.

Use ModMii or SetMiiUp to generate your personal downlaod files.

Try using a HDD, not a flash drive. Don't use exFAT, it's not supported by loaders except for Nintendont and isn't supported by cIOS. Use MBR/FAT32.

d2x v10-beta52 should be fine. It's beta53 that's problematic.

First of all i want to thank you all for your support :)
Finally, i think i found the source of error:

I tried an old Kingston 8GB Data Traveler 100 G2. Formatted with FAT32 and 32KB clusters. Tried 7 games, and every game started within 4 sec.
Then i made the same with the Sandisk Ultra Fit 64GB with the same games and...nooo...First game loads quite quick, second game takes about a minut and third game does not load at all. All games starts quite fast if i cold-boot the Wii.

But in the meanwhile i have wondered about that "The Real Jdbye" said regarding sleep mode and i think it might have something to do with that, cus when the game does not load, i have tried to pull the USB-memory out and back in again, suddenly the game starts. That has been the case every single time. Unfortunately, I have not found any way to turn off any sleep mode. Sandisk doesn't have any utillity-tool at all and i have not found anything similar from any other vendors either.

Regarding to start the second game immediately after the first game; I tried to speed up the game-change-process as fast as possible, exit to USB-loader and removed the start-channel. I can switch game within 10seconds or so, but that didn't fix the problem.

Another thing i have tried was to delete the partition and made a new partition (maybe Sandisk made some trix here), but no it didn't help.
One other thing i have tought about is to make the USB-memory as a local drive (Flip-Bit), but i'm not sure if that helps and it may ruin the stick.
....could it has anything to do with USB-ver 3.0? Can i downgrade it to ver 2.0?

One might think it's unnecessary to keep up with this memory, but the thing is that i have purchased 3 pcs USB memmory and they are quite expensive and also it's strange due that i made the same mod for my fiancee's Wii with exactly the same Sandisk USB-memory and that works great. The only difference is that her Wii is a newer modell (red).
