Hacking Freeshop Game Crash Question (A9LH/Luma Installed)

I have a N3DS with A9LH and Luma installed. For the Freeshop/CIA Pokemon Sun/Moon games, Sun crashed on me earlier when I pressed the "Home" button (Before I changed CPU Clock from Clock+L2, to just Clock in Luma Settings) and I had to force system off and restart, has that been known to happen? Anyone else experience this? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

Side Question: What format are Freeshop games? Are they CIA?

Try to uninstall Pokémon Sun, enable Clock+L2 in Luma settings and re-download from Freeshop. Worked fine for me.
