Github member mmozeiko has just published (open-source) the code for his .pkg downloader/installer that works directly from the Vita console in conjunction with your NoNpDRM fake license files!

The program, called "pkgi", requires you to generate your own NoNpDRM keys-- However, all that would be needed to turn this into a pirate's dream would be a key website and a modified version of the program to pull a remote .db file from it, which is how FreeShop for 3DS currently works.

DLC/Updates are not currently supported, but NoNpDRM installed titles can be updated from the LiveArea directly!
