São Paulo-based developer ARVORE released their latest VR title YUKI earlier this year. Blending of bullet-hell and roguelike mechanics as well as spatial awareness in VR, you take control of an action figure to save the universe from the evil Yokaliens. But YUKI's quest is far from over as the game's developers announced a free update today that brings a new Endless Mode with the following features:
  • Intensity suited to your skills: Escalating intensity in-run and starting intensity selector, with even more procedurally generated challenges.
  • Global leaderboards! Challenge yourself & your friends on leaderboards for each Bladewing and intensity level.
A new trailer giving a glimpse of the new mode was released today:

YUKI is available on Oculus Quest, Quest 2, Rift and all Steam VR platforms for 19,99 USD|EUR. A PSVR version is said to release "very soon". To learn more about the game, be sure to check out our official review linked below!

I love these shmup games. I very good system to get for them is the 360 strangely, after it bombed in Japan. some of the games are Japan-only too, even the region coding, so it's best to have an rgh or a jtag. one of my favorites is Otomedius Gorgeous and Excellent.

This one is nothing like other smhups though... it's quite unique as its a vr game.

Also I played it, and it made me very nauseous,

buy one and give it a go haha. I just picked up a kinect+psone for <20$. if you like REZ, you will love child of eden. i think it had the same main dev. MAYBE it is also playable with a standard controller, not sure…
