Also if you could do more than one requests, I would also love to have shiny mew, level 1 holding the unique z move stone (not sure if that's possible but if it is I would love it )

Shiny Victini is not legal, Shiny Marshadow is not legal. Shiny Mew is possible, but the minimum level is 30. Z crystals don't trade over, if you have USUM, they're all available in those games. If you're going to request something, make sure it's legal enough for wifi trades.
