For what game exactly? It sounds like a Gen 3 and 4 issue. Those gens had it where nature/IVs were relative to the PID, which is also relative to your TID/SID info. So just making any mon from said generation with perfect IVs is not exactly legal, but hack checks don't care. Basically, ignore the error message.

The error must be from just Ash-Greninja, fix that and you're fine.

It can't be sent over GTS because it's an event mon. Also, if you don't have an item to request, don't include the "@ None" part, just have the mon's name. No shiny? Don't have the Shiny line. Get online.
