Hello, I am using Rev 14 and USB Loader GX v.700.

I have noticed a sudden strange frame issue. I think it originated from some of my hacked brawl stages that came from using Stage Studio.

I have the original Brawl disc...

Anyways, I am not sure, but I noticed in my backup NTSC-U iso of Punch Out!! that the odd frame speed issue is evident in this too.

When I played the game at Gamestop it was clearly slower. It's not impossibly fast, but close to it. The red flash that you catch that lasts for 5 seconds or so only lasts for 2 seconds or so in USB Loader GX. EX. Soda Popinski is a nightmare! I cannot predict his moves because the frames are crazy in World Circuit. There's less than half a second to react, and the red flash vanishes rather quick.

It's not glitchy or choppy, it's just freaking odd as hell.

It's like the game is on speed. It's just so hard!

What could be the cause? Also the sound quality is a bit different from the original disc. Or maybe its just me. ...maybe. But I definitely know that there's something wrong with the frame speed. @_@; It's not just USB Loader, it's some of my custom stages in brawl too.

Maybe it's the iso? What would make the speed go so crazy?

I have an LU32.

Back on topic, well check if your discs are scratched. That might be the cause of the problem.

Edit reason: Fail grammar

It was downloaded, not from a store disc. So I have no clue if the disc was scratched, I never got to see it. As for that, it's an iso, ... if the iso were damaged, wouldn't there just be a freeze ?

There's a big speed issue or something, I still cant figure it out.

Ok, I fixed the issue...

I don't know exactly how this fixed the issue, but it is fixed.

Here's what I did:

I ran it through RegionFrii:

Tried to change it to USA region, though it was already on it, I did it again. I closed out.

I ran it through Wii Scrubber:

Extracted main.dol.

Then, ran Generic Wii Patcher:

Tested for errors 001 and 002, both were found.

I patched both errors, then saved the dol.

I went to Wii Scrubber and replaced the main.dol in the iso with my patched dol.

I reinstalled the iso into my external hard drive with WBFS Manager.

Ran in USB Loader GX, frame speed issue solved.

*shrug* I guess it was the errors or something, though I had no clue because I wasn't getting any errors when playing.
