    Hey Guys,

I just found an old new3DS which was bricked by my brother last year.
He accidentally deleted a Firmware Title (not sure which one) with FBI and since then, it doesn't boot anymore.
We're unable to boot into the recovery menu.
I don't think that there's a NAND-Backup of this device so this device is almost "lost", I think.

Since the last year, a lot of things changed in the 3DS Scene.
So my question ist, are we able to recover the 3DS in any way?

    Not without a nand backup.

You need a nand backup to do anything. To be sure that you don't have one lying around on a computer I would download "everything search engine" and look at all the ".bin"s on your computer that are >1.2GB. You sound unsure about whether a nand was dumped for it, so maybe you'll get lucky.

No nand = No recover 3DS
Just try and do what x65943 said (unless your computer got replaced in the time the 3DS started getting hacked and did a nand backup)
