None of the above can access the Admin CP nor can they post or modify the 'News Forum'.

The forum was originally made because some people wanted to know how the Admin CP and Mod CP worked. I made the forum so they could try it out, and (to my eternal embarrassment) called it Forum Wars.

It is now called Test forum.
