I stupidly formatted my emunand. How do I recover all my apps?

I've unlinked my nands, here's what my Nintendo 3DS folder looks like now:
    a) 3b07bb4f63ce2ff1019d2668663a3b13 old emunand
    b) af4d000e18a706ca12cd9fee35d99567 new emunand
    c) d6ee5e3a18a00e920d44b39b9cc3a293 sysnand
how do I get everything from a to b?

You can't unless you backup your old emunand, creating a new emunand again within unlinked nands will create new keys for your emunand so your games and such won't appear since they were linked to other keys

Do you have a previous backup of emuNAND? If yes then first save a copy of the formatted emuNAND from SD card to PC and write the old one to SD card.

If not then you can try copying the contents of folder a to folder b (first move the current content in b to some other folder so you can put it back if it doesn't work). However I don't think it works...
