I have screwed up my Slot1 n-card during a firmware update so it will not load the menu

Now when I try and access it via USB in windows it says the device is not formatted. I have tried to get windows to format it in FAT and FAT32 but neither seem to do anything.

Does the format take a very long time or is there something else I need to do?

I think it can format itself. Not sure how though, but I think it can

Sorry I can't be of more help
