Battery replacement shouldn't affect. Try going onto the weather channel again and see if it updates.

Try changing your location, and then back again...?

I have a problem with the channel as well. It tells me it can't get the latest data, and then when I do press start, It can't tell me today's temp, but can tell me if it's sunny or cloudy. If I click for tomorrow or rest of the week it will show those days forecasted temps. This only seems to happen for my local temp though, if I set it to London, it works...???

Did you try deleting the channel and reinstalling?
