If I have an NTSC system, why wouldn't I use a backup channel that always does "force NTSC"? Is there an advantage to using one that doesn't have it enabled by default?

Ocarina codes and hooktype maybe, or maybe rebooter. But you can get into that by pressing 1. I get what you mean tho and i use the same thing you do. Its just a matter of in the beginning there were no auto force ntsc channels, then all of a sudden they came out.
