Hacking Force CIA to run in English

I have installed the USA version of Flipnote Studio 3D while I wait for the European release. The problem is that it only runs if my console is set to English. Is there any way to force a CIA to run in English without changing the language everytime?

If it's anything like the Wii then it follows the 3DS language settings. Probably nothing you can do.

Solved... I just set the language to Italian after playing once and now it works without having to set it to English :yaynds:

    i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
