For moonshell, is there a way to deactivate sleep mode when you close it?

I'm gonna use for music because I lost my iPod. I wanna still be able to press R to go to next song and L to stop.
The backlight turns off anyway after awhile right?

It still plays music in sleep mode.

I know but I can't press R to go to next song or L to pause/play.

If you click at the top right, you can turn on or off L/R lock. You can also go into the settings and change what the shoulder buttons do when it's closed. The default is that L+R functions as R, and R+L functions as L (it depends on what order you press them).
You should keep it the way it is, because that way if one of the buttons is bumped then the music continues.
