Hacking Followed Modify Any 4.3 Wii Guide, can't play backups.

I used the smash stack method, followed the tutorial exactly and installed:
The Homebrew Channel
Bootmii
The Preloader
IOS236
I installed 12 cIOS files with YAWM Multimod Batch


The guide says that after this, I should be done and able to play backups with Neogamma, but I still get an error saying that there is no disk.
This is a Black 4.3U Wii that was shipped new with version 4.3U.

you wont be able to play back up games from your black wii , you will need to have usb loader.

Black Wiis can't play disc backups. USB loading is your only option.

Congratulations!
You have a new Wii!
It will never play backups of ANY kind! ( unless you alter it).
You have the dreaded D3-2 or D4 DVD drive in it!
Seriously, USB loading is far superior than disc loading, anyways.....
Now go get a deal on a 500GB USB drive!
