It'll be something like this.

Compatibility (Games, Download Play, Homebrew): 10 Points
Ease of use (GUI speed, drag & drop, etc): 10 Points
Reliability (Team reliability, Cart Build, etc): 10
Aesthetics (GUI, Physical Cart): 5 Points
Additional Features (Cheats, RTS, etc): 5 Points

Total: 50 points
