    Ooh new toys. Guess it is time to start looking more in depth at the PS3, that and get a proper copy of IDA set up.

    Awesome! I hope this means a (more) stable CFW build is coming in the near future. I've been waiting for this exact news.

    so if I patched my lv2 a few days ago with that stuff that was on dashhacks, that some people bricked on, can I undo it with something made by these tools?

    There were fixes for some of the bricks if that is what you are asking- it was using service mode if memory serves.

    Or do your mean "I did the old hacks, will this overwrite said hacks with new stuff" in which case it looks like it will (you are effectively building an entire update after all) unless those old hacks did some very strange things (I doubt they did but not knowing exactly what they are I am not going to call it a certainty).
