Homebrew Flashed Wii & Wii Speak

I have my Wii flashed and I was wondering if someone can tell me if the Wii SPeak will still work on original and backup games even though the wii is flashed?

I have tried to find out information but cannot seem to find any..

I would be grateful to anyone who can help me

if by "flashed" you mean HBC installed then yes.
