Hacking Flashcart and Original Cart on 3DS question

First time poster here. I just bought a 3DS XL and want to buy a flashcart, undecided yet between R4i and DSTwo, but can someone tell me if i would be able to still buy Fire Emblem / Monster Hunter Ultimate from the E-store and be able to switch and play between original and flashcarts?

Need advise urgently and thanks in advance.

Yeap. You can still do what you normally can do (play original games, buy from e-shop etc).

Yes, as long as you update your flashcart before you update the system.
Also, get the DSTwo, as the updates for it are pretty much always released less than 48 hours after a 3DS update.

Yes it does work, but the DSTwo itself may not be on the current update depending on where you buy it from, however, there is a way to update the DSTwo even if your firmware is too new, by naming the update file name "dstwoupdateb.dat" and waiting at the error screen for several minutes.

With the latest update, yes. When you buy, just email to confirm so they will send it to you preupdated. Then as TyBlood13 said, before you update your 3DS, search the DSTwo's site (or lurk around here) to see if there is an update for the cart. Update the cart then the 3DS and you should be fine.
