Hacking Flashcard(s) help.

First of all I want to apologize, this kind of question has probably been asked and answered several times already. But please, don't bite my head off. I wouldn't bother asking if I actually found the answer(s) myself... and this whole flashcard business is confusing as it is.

If I want a flashcard that works on my Japanese 3DS firm 4.4.0-10 (haven't touched or updated it since), or newer, and not caring about the "extra functions" such as GBA, SNES, NES, etceumulation, just want to run NDS games, which card would suit me best?

And another thing, all this talk about "3DS Flashcards" being able to run/emulate 3DS games, not homebrew, is that even possible? I honestly doubt that but if so, which is the best card?
