Gaming Flash to stock for new update?

So as you all know by now that the new update for 360 is on it's way. So my question is to avoid getting banned should I flash back to stock? I haven't been on live for over a month now so I do doubt I've been "detected" or anything like that. Opinions?

i dont think it will make any difference i think c4 just said that so if you do get banned he wont make it like it's his fault

meh still too early for the next "wave", gone legit ever since last years massacre
