I don't think you'd be able to find one from an online shop.

You may want to post a topic in the Trading/Selling Forum.
I'm sure someone out of the thousand folks here has one to sell you.

So, erm, wait until you get 100 posts to make that topic [IMG]

You can still buy a F2A GBA cart and a GB Bridge, that will work.
    I know I have one.
Divineo.cn still sells them and I have seen the odd one on the trading forums here.

EDIT: It doesn't fit the original brick mono, cause you can't turn it on. I don't have a pocket, pocket lite or color here to test them.

You can use the Bung XChanger or the Gameboy Transferrer kit. I've got a link to somebody who sells them in the UK if you want me to PM you with the website details.

I remember the 100in1 cards, with like 10 games repeated over 10 times and don't save >_>

i guess, most if not all gbc flash carts work on the gb mono.
i personally tested the gbx changer/doctor gb 64m (there are some wicked gb mono demos on pouet.net)

i did not test what happens if i start an color game on gb mono
