Flash cart seen on ABC's Modern Family.

It could be an iPlayer, but then again, the iPlayer can now play GBA ROMs.
I'm wondering if ABC will say something about this or just ignore it. And I'm also wondering where they got the DS from, if it was just a prop or if it was the actor's own DS (busted).
Anyone remember the Gamestop ad featuring the M3?
