Use Xplorer 360 Extreme 2 and run that with Admin rights.
You don't need to open the drive at all, simply go to restore Partition 2:
It will restore presuming it exists. Other editions of Xplorer 360, such as the 320gb edition don't have this functionality. However Xplorer 360 Extreme 2 will restore partition 2 on larger size drives, even though it can't read partition 3.
