One day i rebooted my server machine and these icons turned into something else, any tips?

had that issue a while ago, i think it was because i was running a program not windows 7 compatible, so everything changed. dont remeber how i fixed it though
EDIT: that was changing the look into xp, not changing minimize/exit buttons

Thats windows XP btw with classic ui to squeeze more performance
