In order to fix that you need to patch it with Rudolph's patch v4..... visit that thread.... xD
it doesn't matter if you have you're rom patched with english patch... you still need to patch the rom with rudolph's.

if v4 doesn;t work, try v3 also. supposedly they handle different things for different flash carts.
