When was the first time you dropped your console?
Any damages?
Yesterday was the first time I dropped my DS(got mine in late Jan or beg. Feb). Anyways, I put my DS on top of a purse, I usually put it on the inside but I was lazy. I put my DS things and my MP3 with a long headphone inside the purse. So, I was reaching to get my mp3 and the headphone was long. So, I pulled it and then the DS came sliding down on the table and evenutally fell in the trash can. Big Boom sound! And I was like O no!!! But my DS is fine : ). Thank God for the Crystal Case!

How about you guys!

I never dropped my DS, my DS Lite is another story. My little sister was looking at it and some how saw and ant on it so she threw the whole thing and it hit the ground. I fixed it pretty much other than the fact that the bottom of the touch screen doesnt work well anymore.

Dropped my DS Phat at school, smashed the screen :/. I then bought a DS Lite but i dropped it down four concrete stairs a month ago

Still working to this very day. I bought a protective casing for it the next day.

I've also broke my psp by dropping it and i dropped my phone.

I've never dropped my Lite, but did GameBoy Pocket and Advance few times..(I often play handhelds in bed, and sometimes I fall in sleep while playing, and then I throw my console off my bed, but that never happened with NDS, thankfully)..

i have dropped my ds lite a few times, ds is still working, but sometime the power just go off when i hold the ds too tight, and than i have to re input the whole peronalal info, internal clock on the ds again.
but thats not the big problem, my L and R button arent working well, so when i blast some air into the L and R button, my upper screen sometimes will become blurry

I dropped my DS when I was sitting on my bed and my baby brother snuck up behind me and leapt on me, fortunately I'm slovenly enough to throw my pillows on the floor when their not in use and so Moppet is just fine

I was uber careful with my SP for months, but someone stole it and when I got it back it was scuffed and for a while I was in a downward spiral from there...It still works perfectly though

There's often a first time, rarely a second time

I had the unfortunately planning skills to accidentally drop mine into a cooler of water

It actually made it, mostly. The L button was never the same though. But in reading the forums for a while, it seems the L button is a favourite for not working under normal usage.

Today my new DS never go anywhere without its armour case on.

I've never dropped any of them. Only my Gameboy pocket when I was a small kid. I think it fell out of my bed on my carpeted floor back then.

I'm very carefully with such things , although I still fear that something happens to them while I'm not looking. :\
