About JFA Music...apart from the weak Objection! theme, I think the rest weren't that bad. Especially the Cornered theme. I haven't seen a repack yet.

T&T has great music, and the last case is EPIC. Everything in the trilogy just fits into place. You shouldn't skip any one.

In my opinion play case 5 AFTER Trials and Tribulations, I did. It just shows what Phoenix did between Turnabout Goodbyes and The Lost Turnabout. And it is an EPIC case (and there's an official thread on Court-Records going on about how Damon Gant rapes everyone, I'm not sure why).

I skipped it my first play trough the games. I came back later to it. I finished it but found it lacking tho'.

No Psyche Locks
No presenting profiles
Story felt lacking somewhere.

The DS functions where fun though.
